Who we are
Health and wellness services medical PC we are an (BHI) integrated behavioral health integration team, which includes internal medicine, adult medicine, radiology, family practice, women’s health, psychiatry, licensed clinical social worker, LMHC (licensed mental health counselors), registered nurse, technicians, and community health navigators all working under one umbrella. The common goal for our company is to evaluate, manage, and treat our patients as a whole while being an active part of the plans of care. We feel by active listening to the needs of the patients along with able minds we can obtain our aim
Our Vision
The vision of Health and Wellness Services (HWS) is to improve and save lives through early detection and intervention. By caring for all aspects of our patient’s physical and mental wellbeing in one program, HWS aims to help our community overcome common obstacles to medical care through our integrated care models. HWS offers a wide range of services including adult internal medicine, radiology, family practice, women's health, and psychiatry. Our well-trained team includes physicians, mental health providers, registered nurses, medical assistants, addiction counselors, and community health navigators.
