Our Mission
The mission of Health and Wellness Services (HWS) is to improve and save lives through early detection and intervention. By caring for all aspects of our patient’s physical and mental wellbeing in one program, HWS aims to help our community overcome common obstacles to medical care through our integrated care models. HWS offers a wide range of services including adult internal medicine, radiology, family practice, women's health, and psychiatry. Our well-trained team includes physicians, mental health providers, registered nurses, medical assistants, addiction counselors, and community health navigators.

We also offer state-of-the-art, on-site technology designed to detect disease early enough to allow the patient the opportunity to obtain treatment, before it’s too late. We provide these tests as needed based on the physicians consult and specialty referrals if needed.
